Know someone buying a home?
Don’t let your Veteran and military friends miss out on the opportunity to discover this home!
Seller has never been in/on the property. His parents bought it in the 1970's and both now are deceased. Seller, their adult son, is the Trustee of their Trust. Below are my (Listing Agent's) observations at this property: Property needs: NEW...roof, gutters, siding, windows, doors, furnace, air-conditioner, flooring. Exterior and interior trash removal. Kitchen and bathroom need to be gutted and redone. Plumbing and electrical needs are unknown. Needs all new interior/exterior paint. Tenants were heavy smokers and smoked inside the house. The exterior surface of the home MIGHT be asbestos insulation used under the original wood siding (which no longer exists). It hasn't been tested and Seller is unsure, but asbestos insulation was commonly used when this home was built in the 1950's.. There appears to be a crawl space accessible from outside. The house is being sold "as is", "where is" and with all faults. Seller will NOT make any repairs and will NOT replace anything in/on the property. There is no HOA associated with this property. Buyer must be a cash Buyer and Seller is looking for a quick close. Seller reserves the right to accept any offer at any time.
