Great rental history for the last several years. House is a split level with Garage and Bonus Room being a walk out. (ground level) Garage Conversion had already been completed when Seller bought the property. We have had 3 sets of students live in the property and all of them loved the bonus room and garage. Man Cave, Work Out Room in Garage, and Using Garage to Refinish Furniture. Fall of 2023 rain water started wicking into garage. Heavy Spring Rains & Summer rains have caused the garage / bonus room to take on water. Bonus room has been torn down to the studs. Contractor suggested sealing the back side and right side of garage which is exposed to the yard. Garage,Utility Room walls & floors have been treated with a bleach solution. Our rainy July caused more damaged sheet rock. Seller is waiting has a proposal for the sealing of concrete garage walls. Bring your contractor or builder for their opinion on how to fix it! Home is vacant!
