Know someone buying a home?
Don’t let your Veteran and military friends miss out on the opportunity to discover this home!
Superb location! This house is in one of the more desirable and convenient locations in Mesquite. I would even say this has more value than some of the higher priced areas around Dallas, Rockwall etc. For example, we are right in between 30, 80, and 635. We are super close to George Bush Tollway, 175 and 20 as well. So, no matter where you want to go or what traffic is doing you pretty much always find a work around. Commutes are short here. It's very convenient. You are super close to all to retail and dining options on Town East, Galloway, etc. Everything you need is 5 minutes away. You will get spoiled by the convenience! No HOA! Corner lot! Structurally solid and well maintained. Move in ready. It hasn't been upgraded as far as fixtures and modern tile or flooring choices, but that just means you have a clean slate to work with. This area holds its value. Houses tend to move quick in this area regardless of market conditions. I would take this house over a crappy new build with a HOA any day. Garage faces alley, which new builds don't make anymore. You are walking distance to Beasley elementary, Kimbrough middle school, Meadow View Church, the Mesquite Heritage bike and jogging trail, Lowes and more! Agents schedule through Showing Time. Individuals without agents call me direct. I live 4 minutes away and can show this myself if needed. Houses in this pocket of Mesquite hold their value very well.
