Know someone buying a home?
Don’t let your Veteran and military friends miss out on the opportunity to discover this home!
I Love this Home! It won't last! The pics are beautiful but you have to see to believe. Seller bought this home with me a few years ago and did beautiful updates throughout to make it look like a beachy, airy vibe! A lil California and a lil Santa Fe mixed together- with the orange around the outside over the stucco and the private gated courtyard entrance, or the little courtyard garden to admire from your breakfast area in the kitchen while you have your morning coffee. The main bedroom has a bench in the corner window that you can use for extra storage and sit and relax and peer out to mother nature. Floors are the winter oak luxury vinyl plank. She added a roomy walk-in shower (with a seat) and there is a second standing walk-in shower. There are 2 separate vanities as well by each bedroom and she has added shiplap and new lighting to make it bright white! There is natural lighting coming from the High vaulted ceiling in the living room from the skylight up above. So many extras! There have been new light fixtures/hardware installed. Paint added. Mostly new appliances. There is so much to say about this beauty! You can enjoy the luxury of condo living (only having to maintain and decorate your personal patio/garden) across from the community pond and park, only minutes from MS College, dining, shopping and downtown Clinton. So much to do and great schools!
