We've put our whole hearts into this home the past several years to make it as home-y and functional as possible. I mean I got four PRIME beer drinking spots here - The garage bar, the basement bar, the patio/bbq oasis, and the less than 2 year old POOL and DECK. The roof, siding, soffit/fascia, gutters, and downspouts are all less than ONE year old too. (Shoutout to that hail storm in September 2023 right?) The kitchen is fully updated as is the rest of the house. The primary bedroom is literally 450 square feet. It's like a little apartment up there and the bathroom is enormous. Oh you should see my lady's closet. It's incredible and I'm just a regular dude who doesn't usually notice that kinda stuff. Anyway, it's just minutes from the highly desired North Point schools. Everything about this place is amazing and it's gonna be hard to leave it. I hope you'll come take a look though and maybe even love it as much as we do.
